PROMOTION PERIOD: The poppi 2026 Super Bowl LX Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 29, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on February 21, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes will be broken out into eight (8) separate entry periods (each an “Entry Period”).

By participating, entrants (“Entrants”) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion. The website server is the official clock for this Promotion.

GUIDELINES & RESTRICTIONS FOR ALL COMPONENTS OF SOCIAL ENTRY:

• The Social Entry can only include content that is suitable for display or publication, as determined by Sponsor, its agents, representatives, designees and/or assignees, in its/their sole discretion, including, but not limited to, the following:
  • it does not contain material that is inappropriate, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous.
  • it does not contain any defamatory statements.
  • it does not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, including copyright infringement (which includes the use of copyrighted artwork) or trademark infringement (which includes the unauthorized use of trademarks or logos) when used as provided for in these Official Rules.
  • it does not contain words that are widely considered offensive to or hateful towards individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group.
  • it does not include threats to any person, place, business or group.
  • it does not contain any references to controlled substances (including lawful marijuana use) or other unlawful activities.
  • it does not encourage dangerous or illegal activities.
  • it does not invade the privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity.
  • it does not contain any third person’s personal information (other than Entrant’s), such as personal names or e-mail addresses without their express permission.
  • it does not communicate messages inconsistent with Sponsor’s reputation, image and/or goodwill.
  • it does not disparage the NFL Entities, or any other person or party affiliated with the Sweepstakes and administration of this Sweepstakes.
  • it does not make false statements about Sponsor’s products or those of its competitors.
  • it does not violate any law or regulation; or is otherwise inappropriate, objectionable, or unsuitable for the uses contemplated in these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

There is a limit of five (5) Website Entries, per day, per person. A “day” is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET, except the first day of the Promotion Period which will be defined as beginning at 12:00 p.m. (noon) ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET of the same day. There is a limit of five (5) Social Entries per Post no matter which entry method. There is a total of ten (10) (collectively Website and Social Entries “Sweepstakes Entries”) per day.

All Sweepstakes Entries shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the Promotion or tied to the Instagram or TikTik Account. “Authorized Account Holder” of an email is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access or online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. You may only participate in the Promotion using an email address for which you are the Authorized Account Holder. An eligible prize Winner may be required to provide proof that they are the Authorized Account Holder associated with the selected email address. By submitting an email address to enter the Promotion or tied to the Instagram or TikTok Account, you represent and warrant that you are the Authorized Account Holder. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted the Sweepstakes Entry, the Sweepstakes Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address provided at time of registration. Standard data rates may apply if the Website is accessed via a mobile device or by scanning the code, and Entrants are solely responsible for any such charges.

Entrants using any other device or artifice to enter multiple times above the stated limit or as multiple Entrants will be disqualified. Entries, generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. Any incomplete, misdirected or postage due mail-in requests will be considered ineligible. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

Sweepstakes Entries are void if not obtained or submitted in accordance with these Official Rules or are obtained in another method which we determine, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, is in violation of these Official Rules.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS (“DRAWINGS”) AND ODDS OF WINNING: Drawings will be conducted by a Sponsor’s representative, from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received before each Entry Period deadline listed below. Odds of winning a Prize depends on the number of Sweepstakes Entries received during each Entry Period. Sweepstakes winners (“Winners”) will be randomly selected by the Administrator and will be notified via email or direct message on Instagram or TikTok. Non-winning Sweepstakes Entries for each Entry Periods will remain eligible for subsequent Drawings. The Sponsor and Sponsor representative decisions shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

PRIZES (the “Prize(s)”) AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

Grand Prize: Winner will receive a Super Bowl LX Package (“Grand Prize”) which consists of a trip for the Winner and Winner’s one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Super Bowl LX (“Game”) which is scheduled to take place on February 8, 2026 in Santa Clara, California. Travel dates: February 6, 2026 – February 9, 2026. The trip consists of two (2) Game tickets; round-trip coach air transportation for Winner and Guest (from a major airport near Winner’s home); double-occupancy, standard hotel accommodations (one room) for three (3) nights; group transportation to Sponsor’s activation(s) (as determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion); shared-bus transportation from hotel to Game and back to hotel after the Game; and a gameday pack that includes two (2) poppi x Super Bowl LX 47 Brand headline hoodies, two (2) poppi x Super Bowl LX 47 Brand foundation tees, two (2) poppi x Super Bowl LX 47 Brand trucker hats, and two (2) clear purse crossbody bags. Game Tickets Prize Conditions, Travel Conditions, and Grand Prize Conditions apply, see below. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is up to $11,800.00, depending on Winner’s point of departure and destination airport. If a potential Winner is unable to complete travel on the dates specified above, the Grand Prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such Winner choices. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice.

Weekly Prizes: Twenty-five (25) Winners each Entry Period and two hundred (200) Winners total will receive a gameday pack that includes one (1) poppi x Super Bowl LX 47 Brand headline hoodie, one (1) poppi x Super Bowl LX 47 Brand foundation tee, one (1) poppi x Super Bowl LX 47 Brand trucker hat, and one (1) clear purse crossbody bag (“Weekly Prize”). ARV of the Weekly Prize is $150. ARV of all Weekly Prizes is $30,000.

Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Grand Prize and will be issued an IRS Form 1099 in January of 2027 reporting the value of the Grand Prize.

Winner is advised to consult their tax advisor prior to executing the provided Affidavit of Eligibility and accepting the Grand Prize to ensure they understand any tax implications that may affect them.

TOTAL OF ALL PRIZES IN THIS PROMOTION IS $41,800.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes consist only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements are included in the Prize and any such expenses in connection with the use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of each Winner. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, local sales and income taxes and any costs, expense(s), or fees whatsoever in connection with the Prize not specifically provided herein. In the event that, for reasons beyond their control and not related to the Winner, the Sponsor is unable to award any Prize as described in these Official Rules (including if the designated Prize should become unavailable for any reason), the Sponsor may substitute the Prize with another Prize of similar nature and equal or greater value at its sole discretion. The Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any difference between the ARV of any Prize stated and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. If a selected Winner is unable to accept a Prize in its entirety for any reason, the Prize (or that portion of the Prize) may be forfeited. All potential Winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor and the Administrator whose decisions are final and binding. No compensation will be paid in lieu of a Prize or in the event that the Prize has been forfeited for any reason stated in these Official Rules. Promotion Parties shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding any Prize for any reason. By participating in this Promotion or submitting an entry, each Entrant agrees: (I) to be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, (ii) to allow Sponsor to send program specific emails, and (iii) to release and hold the Sponsor, and Promotion Parties harmless from and against any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses and liability that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Promotion or from the receipt or use of any Prize or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

Prizes will mailed to the mailing address provided during verification. Physical prizes will be shipped within six (6) to eight (8) weeks of Winner verification. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize. Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered.

TRAVEL CONDITIONS: If a Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Prize with no Guest, only the applicable portion of the Prize will be awarded to Winner and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation. Air or ground transportation and hotel accommodation (collectively “Travel”) arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure or Winner must be parent or guardian of Guest. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other Prize and travel restrictions. Reservations are subject to availability. Travel dates are subject to Sponsor or a third party’s approval. The maximum value of the Prize set forth above represents the Sponsor’s good faith determination of the maximum ARV. The actual fair market value, as ultimately determined the Sponsor, cannot be challenged, or appealed. The Winner will receive from the Administrator an IRS Form 1099 (or similar) in the amount of the Prize. ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, car rental, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such additional expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner. Once issued, travel tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued, and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator or Sponsor’s representative. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets. Winner and Guest will depart from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by the Sponsor’s representative in its sole discretion) to the game location. Winner and Guest will share a single room, double occupancy, room and tax only. Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary.

The Promotion Parties shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Prizes for any reason

Limit one (1) Prize per person/household during the Promotion Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM: Winners are subject to verification. Winners will be notified via email or direct message using the email address or social handle supplied during registration based on the drawing schedule in the chart above. The potential Winners will have 48-hours from when they receive notification to respond with their acceptance of the Prize. Upon the acceptance, the potential Winner may be sent Winner documents via email and will be required to verify his/her/their eligibility by completing, signing, and returning an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release. The Grand Prize Winner will also need to complete and sign a Federal Form W-9, by the date indicated on the documents. Failure to provide all required information, and a signature on the documents will result in forfeiture of the Winner’s right to claim a Prize and may be awarded to an alternate Winner.

All costs and expenses associated with a Prize acceptance and use not specifically provided herein are the responsibility of the Winners. Any Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential Winner may be contacted if: (1) a Prize notification is returned as undeliverable; (2) if any required response (including email response) is not received within the required time period for any reason; (3) if any Prize Claim Forms or Winner verification materials are not returned within the required time period; (4) if a potential Winner is found to be ineligible by civil or criminal or social media information review, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; or (5) if any potential Winner is determined to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor, and Promotion Parties are not responsible for any change of mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number of entrants. Sponsor is not required to make more than one attempt to notify any individual potential Winner; nor is Sponsor required to make more than one attempt to verify an alternative Winner if the first selected potential Winner is disqualified. If an insufficient number of qualified Sweepstakes Entries are received, Prizes may not be awarded. Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed, or returned as undeliverable will not be awarded.

GAME TICKETS PRIZE CONDITIONS: Game is subject to availability, change, and/or cancellation. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for a canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled Game. Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to terms regarding Game rescheduling or cancellation. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor in the event of Game delay, postponement, or cancellation. If Winner cannot attend the Game on the date specified, prize shall be forfeited, and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such individual. Tickets are only valid for the date shown on the ticket. Seating assignments are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. A minor child may accompany Winner as a Guest only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the Winner. Minor must be accompanied at all times during the Game by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and their Guest may be required to produce government-issued identification prior to entering the Game. Sponsor and the NFL Entities (defined below) are not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of any transportation delay or in the event Winner and/or a Guest is late to the Game (through no fault of Sponsor or due to Force Majeure Event).

Resale of Game tickets is strictly prohibited. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. Winner and Guest must abide by all venue policies and regulations, including without limitation all health and safety protocols, and ticket terms and conditions at all times. Ticket redemption may require a mobile ticketing app and is subject to terms and conditions as stated thereon and provided via such mobile ticketing platform. Winner may be required to provide a valid email address, download the applicable mobile ticketing app to their mobile device, and present tickets at stadium via mobile device. Data rates may apply. Winner is solely responsible for any such wireless or data charges associated with such use, including the downloading and use of mobile ticket app. WiFi provided at most venues. For the avoidance of doubt, unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards tickets for any subsequent NFL game/event/exhibition or for cash. The Sponsor and NFL Entities reserve the right to revoke the full or partial prize from any Winner or Guest who the Sponsor, NFL Entities or venue personnel deem in any of their sole discretion, may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue or NFL policy or law, fail to comply with the NFL’s (or its designee’s) health and safety protocols, or bring any of the Released Parties into disrepute. For the avoidance of doubt, unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards A minor is tickets for any subsequent NFL event or for cash. Winner agrees that acceptance of the prize and use of the prize by Winner and their Guest is done so entirely at their own initiative, risk, and responsibility.

GRAND PRIZE CONDITIONS: Once the Guest is selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. The Guest (or their parent or legal guardian if Guest is a minor) must complete and return a Liability/Travel Release prior to Sponsor’s designated travel agency making travel arrangements. All travel and prize-related events are subject to availability, change and restrictions. Selection of airport, airline and hotel are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Selection of seating on flights are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If Winner resides within 250 miles of the destination city, the Sponsor will award $200.00 (payable to Winner in the form of a check) in lieu of air transportation. Winner will be required to provide a credit card prior to hotel check-in and is solely responsible for all incidental charges and may be required to sign an additional liability release for the use of the accommodations. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled prize-related events (including, but not limited to airline flights) or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations beyond its control. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Sponsor is not responsible and will have no liability if the Winner and/or their Guest is, for any reason, not permitted to travel by the relevant airport authorities or misses a flight or other travel element or redeem any other prize element. Winner and Guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., Real ID or passport) required for travel within the United States. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the prize at any time and send Winner and their Guest home immediately if Winner and/or their Guest engages in behavior that is illegal or is non-sportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any time during the trip. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify, or terminate the Promotion. In Sponsor’s sole discretion, any portion of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of Sponsor, including but not limited to fire, flood, health pandemic or epidemic, earthquake, explosion, extreme weather conditions, interruptions in air travel, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of Sponsor (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion without any further obligation. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may award the Prize(s) for the Sweepstakes Drawing(s) at issue in random drawing(s) from among all valid and eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for the applicable Drawing(s) up to the time of such cancellation, provided a sufficient number of Sweepstakes Entries are received. In no event will more than the number of Prizes stated in these Official Rules be awarded. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they appear online from time to time during the Promotion Period for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of the Prize or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on promotional materials or on the Website or App. Use of any Website or Application is at user’s own risk. Releasees are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or any other losses of any kind that may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer equipment resulting from participation in the Promotion, use of any Website or Application or the download of any information from a website or any other loss related to user’s participation in the Promotion or receipt of any Prize. BINDING ARBITRATION: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be settled by binding arbitration in a location determined by the arbitrator as set forth herein (provided that such location is reasonably convenient for claimant), or at such other location as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties, in accordance with the procedural rules for commercial disputes set forth in the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS (“JAMS Rules and Procedures”) then prevailing, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall be selected pursuant to the JAMS Rules and Procedures. The arbitrator shall apply New York law consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable statutes of limitations and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law. In the event that the claimant is able to demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, Sponsor will pay as much of the claimant’s filing and hearing fees in connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive. If any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal (other than that claim will not be arbitrated on a class or representative basis), or otherwise conflicts with the rules and procedures established by JAMS. If, however, the portion that is deemed invalid, unenforceable, or illegal is that claims will not be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither claimant nor Sponsor shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute. Upon filing a demand for arbitration, all parties to such arbitration shall have the right of discovery, which shall be completed within sixty days after the demand for arbitration is made, unless further extended by mutual agreement of the parties. THE ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL BE IN THE ENTRANT’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN THE CLAIMS OF OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES WHO MAY BE SIMILARLY SITUATED. DO NOT ENTER THIS PROMOTION IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO HAVE ANY CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARBITRATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these official rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules thereof By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state, and local courts located in Westchester County, New York for the resolution of all matters or proceedings which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in the Binding Arbitration clause of these Official Rules and agree that any and all such disputes shall be resolved exclusively in those courts. Sponsor’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
